ID Label Inc., a provider of barcode labels and nationwide warehouse label and sign installation services, has announced the hiring of Bill Graser as director of sales.

Graser brings more than 30 years of experience in the printing industry, including senior leadership roles at RR Donnelly, where he served as sales director, operations manager, and president. In his new role, Graser will help drive continued growth across ID Label’s expansive product and service offerings.

“Bill is a strong addition to our sales leadership team,” says Scott Bender, vice president of sales and marketing. “His deep industry knowledge and proven track record in building high-performing teams will be instrumental as we continue to scale and strengthen our national sales organization.”

Graser will help lead sales strategy, team development, and customer engagement efforts, working closely with ID Label leadership to support long-term business goals and enhance operational excellence.

The appointment comes at a time of significant momentum for ID Label. The company was recently acquired by private equity firm River Associates, providing a strong foundation for future investment and growth. Additionally, ID Label continues to expand its nationwide installation team to meet rising demand for turnkey warehouse labeling solutions.
